At foilack, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction with a hassle-free return policy for all non-custom-made women's clothing purchased from our website. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original, unmarked condition, along with the unopened packaging, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, minus the initial freight charge. Once we receive the returned products in their original packaging, foilack will process the refund within 72 hours.

Please note that foilack cannot accept returns for a change of mind if the purchased items have been worn, altered, or if the original packaging has been removed or damaged. Additionally, all custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded if you change your mind about the product.

The cost of returning the products is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items, as foilack is not responsible for any products that are damaged during transit. It is your duty to guarantee that the returned products arrive safely and in undamaged condition.
