At foilack, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders, ensuring that your favorite everyday women's wear reaches you without any additional delivery charges.
DELIVERY, PICK UP, AND OWNERSHIP OF GOODS
At foilack, our goal is to deliver all purchased products promptly and efficiently. However, please note that factors beyond our control, such as shipping delays, may occasionally affect delivery times. foilack is not liable for any loss or damage caused by delays in shipping or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the items purchased. Some products may have longer delivery times than others, and these approximate timeframes are typically listed in the product description on our website. For custom-made orders, delivery times can vary significantly and may experience further delays, which are beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your order takes longer than initially advised, reflecting our commitment to excellent customer service.
Here are the approximate delivery times:
· For orders within and around the New York area, a delivery date will be arranged with you at the earliest convenience of our local contractor. If the local contractor's delivery fee is less than the online charge, the difference will be refunded or provided as store credit. foilack will contact you if this applies.
· For customers in rural areas and other states (outside of New York), delivery dates will be arranged and typically range from 3-7 working days for in-stock items. Custom-made and non-stocked items may take up to 21 days.
· For remote and rural areas across states, delivery times may vary between 5-10 working days.
If you purchase products with differing delivery timeframes, such as an in-stock item and a custom-made product, they may be dispatched separately. foilack may also delay delivery if we are awaiting a specific item in your order, and you will be notified via email should this occur.
For orders shipped with a freight company, you will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Please note that foilack cannot deliver products to PO Box addresses.
Ownership of the products remains with foilack until full payment is made. Once you receive your products, either by picking them up or having them delivered, foilack relinquishes all responsibility, and the products become your sole responsibility.
Upon delivery, you will be asked to sign a Consignment Note to confirm receipt of the delivery in the correct condition, without any obvious defects or damage. If you provide foilack with written authority for your products to be delivered without a signature or left unattended, we will not accept any responsibility for the products once delivered.
All deliveries are made by couriers or local contractors Monday to Friday during business hours. Special deliveries outside these hours may incur additional charges. Once your products have been dispatched, foilack is not responsible for delivery times. Please liaise directly with the courier company regarding delivery dates and times, ensuring you are available to receive the goods during business hours or the specified timeframe. Any delivery information provided by foilack is sourced from third parties (e.g., the courier company) and cannot be guaranteed for accuracy.
